TIGS at India Science Festival 2021

The Tata Institute for Genetics and Society (TIGS) has been a proud supporter of the India Science Festival (ISF) for two consecutive years. This year, Prof Suresh Subramani, Global Director of TIGS, hosted a panel of experts on Selected Advances in Modern Biology on 16 January 2021, as part of ISF. The panel consisted of Dr Venkatesan Sundaresan, Dr Amita Sehgal, Dr Vivek Malhotra, and Dr Sonia Sen. They discussed exciting developments made in molecular biology, neurobiology, plant genetics, and animal physiology, and shared their experiences and lessons learnt in years of research.
