The Rare Genetic Diseases Research Summit (REDRESS) 2025 is a national-level, two-day summit bringing together leading researchers, clinicians, policymakers, industry leaders, and patient advocates from across India to advance the agenda for Rare Genetic Diseases (RGDs). The summit will spotlight cutting-edge developments in RGD diagnostics, research, and care, while shaping strategies to improve outcomes for patients and families.
Organised by the Tata Institute for Genetics and Society (TIGS) in collaboration with the Organization for Rare Diseases India (ORDI), REDRESS 2025 builds on the momentum of its previous editions to create an even more impactful forum. This uniquely Indian platform will foster knowledge exchange, cross-sector dialogue, and sustained collaborations across the RGD ecosystem.
The summit will feature high-level talks, panel discussions, and poster presentations. Key voices from patient groups, policy, and clinical and research domains are expected to participate – making this a rare opportunity to engage with the most influential stakeholders shaping the future of RGD research and care in India.
