Internal Committee (IC) – Ensuring a Safe and Inclusive Workplace
At the Tata Institute for Genetics and Society, we prioritize creating a safe and inclusive work environment where every individual feels respected, valued, and heard. As part of our commitment to fostering a culture of dignity and equality, we have established an Internal Committee (IC).
The Internal Committee (IC) is a dedicated body within our organization responsible for addressing and resolving complaints related to sexual harassment and discrimination in the workplace. It operates in accordance with the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013.
How to Reach the IC:
If you have experienced or witnessed any form of sexual harassment or discrimination at the workplace, you can reach out to the IC by contacting any of the members. Alternatively, you can submit your complaint in writing to poshgrievances@tigs.res.in
